wow that is cool 10 mb limit thats okay for clips so ill post some experimentation and etc This first clip is my experiment with creating High Dynamic Range Images with my still camera... this scene was rendered with no lights but uses the images light data and global illumination to get the realist...

there are different microphones for what your doing... the diaphragm in the microphone will determine the type of dynamic range you record... a condenser mic will be different to a boom mic in the respect of the airflow and diaphragm size i would suggest a boom mic because it can record everything a...

okay well i have two plugins that ive used here that you might not have Shine and Knoll Light Factory Anyway first i made a white mask of a ball shape being held by someones hand you can kind of imagine it... add the shine plugin and you already got the streaks of light coming from your hand... http...

make sure you use a proper perspecive plugin to do the scaling or else it will just look like a cheap zoom which looks very unatural and cg. if you just leave the tv off it should be nice and black... placing small white X's made with tape on each corner of the screen you can track each X of the cor...

if you import the movie into AE the project window shows you the size compression and frame rate etc.
are you sure your exporting the same settings? or even creating the composition the same size? otherwise if its none of those things you have a problem.

haha stock rain over a shot reminds me of disney movies... for the rain to look good you will need to have some kind of camera move or even matchmove your shot and add the rain after... a particle system in a 3d program can do this real easy...
