The Japanese are very good film makers, not just in fighting/kung fu films. At school we saw a film called "Shall we dance?". Very good film.

I asked around the forum if anyone knew a tutorial for a wood pistol, just like the AK. No one knew about any and recommened to try and make one myself. But i suck at anything like art

it will be from a little bit of a distance so i am just going to use a bike pump i have and some rubber tubing.

change of plans. after looking over what i have written i found the ending to be too cheezy so i have added another two scenes on. I has now become more of an adventure/action film. This also means that the length has gone up. After i meet with my friends about how to go about this i will post more.

the script and storyboards have been done and the actors (friends) and i are meeting to sort out meetings, times and equipment. When we have more to go on, i will tell you.

I am looking to do a gunshot hit but don't mish to make an explosive squib. I was looking to do a sort of air squib or somthing like a blood pack to simulate a hit. I have racked my brain and can't come up with anything. It doesn't need to be seen close up and will only need to be seen for the impac...

i checked out so of your stuff. Not bad! For the peice i am looking for a fast paced techno/electric sounding piece. A bit like Run Lola, Run. It doesn't have much dialogue at all so the music needs to help it along.

i am not 100% sure of the length but it should be from 2 - 5 mins. Not too long.

does anyone know of a good, easy and CHEAP air compressed squib?

It is a pedal bike. The crashing bit is prob the easy bit. I am more worryed about how to do the bullet hit. Thanks for the idea with the editing. I will use Xanders idea of fast cuts. Thanx
