Making guns is somewhat difficult. For my war movie coming up, I have mostly bbguns for the background guns, but the main characters for example the captain, I constructed a Thompson out of wood, pbc pipe and so forth, jusst to give it a little authenticity feel.

Windtalkers was fairly violent, maybe just because it was Jon Woo, but the pacific theater was VERY violent, so exceptions can be made

Dont use real glass... try the sugar kind, or the easy break away stuff. Real glass can slice an artery and kill you.

Possible Good Short Film.

I finished a short story for an english assignment a few minutes ago and thought it might make a fairly descent short film. Thought I'd post the story and see what you guys think. (Mind you that I wrote it in about a half an hour plus it was for an extra credit assignment so its not my best work) Pr...

For a movie I tried last year I was really naive and attempted paper mache helmets for extras, and boy were they horrible. The best thing I got out of it was my friend complaining about them and saying. "Sean, My solid steal helmet is blowing away in the wind." GENIUS!

I really like the entire truck chase scene in Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark. Just a well put together sequence.

THose uniforms look really good! I actually bought some helmets from "saints and soldiers" too, I got three of them... But I didnt have to ship them, just drive a half an hour. That movie comes out in February by the way. But I think I've got costumes down for the most part on my WWII film...

You can simply do this by entering a JPEG over the clip and just add in some transparency luminance.
