RE: Horror or Comedy?

I'd actually like to see a suspense/action movie but I'd say go with a comedy because most attempts nowdays in amateur and proffesional horror films aren't scary at all.

I watched it....I like it for most parts but the compression did get to me too at times. You're muzzle flashes were a bit sketchy but it most cases of amateur films they are anyways. I loved the way you did your cinematography with the occasional fast and slow motion. I also liked some of the music ...

Thats just wrong, for shame

Anywhoo, I normally don't do anything at all, but once I did film a family event of some sort and got a few bucks off that.

RE: I need to build a set...

That might be a little complicated to build and you'd need a lot of money. I'd suggest you find a building with a roof like that and get some permission then build a wall in which you can paint blue or get some blue sheets to drape over it. Although it might be hard to find permission to film on the...

With the exception of me (a.k.a. bad acting kid who has change of heart). That is why I generally don't act in my movies.

Unless you go to some sort of sword shop I think ebay is the way to go. You could always get a watermelon and stab it to death until your blade goes dull, that is what my friend did.

You'd have to P.M. Gyro because it's mainly his movie. Although I think the link to it is doesn't work anymore at the moment.

RE: Bleeding wounds

When Gyro, Spoon and I made "Forgotten" we got used one of those garden sprayers where you pump the top and spray it out of a hose. Basically the actor was on the ground and the medic was holding a rag to the wound. We placed the hose under the soldiers jacket and somone would occasionally...

I was planning to do this: 1. Get a piece of plywood or sheetrock. 2. Drill a small hole into it until it almost goes through. 3. Paint it 4. Stick one firecracker in each hole and then light them. I don't know if it'll work because I haven't tried it yet. If done right I think it'd look good becaus...

Punching Sound Effects

I could really use some good ones. Everywhere I've looked they turn out to be a really fake muffled sounding punch. If anyone has any real good ones please e-mail them to me.

I have an old analog capture card. Could I somehow hook my Gamecube up to a VCR and then the VCR into the card and capture some sound effects off games like MOH or Splinter Cell? Help would be nice, I too need some clicking silenced gunshots.
