E for Effort, seemed to just start and end........more like it was the middle of something else.

You can import AVI files directly into Abobe Imageready which is part of the Photoshop package. Word of warning though, if its a big AVI file and can take a long time converting it and importing it. But at that point you can output in gif or swf format or whatever.

Clarify just a little. You see the video when its in the left window but not once you drag it into the timeline and try to watch in the right window.

I think if you are quoting you are ok, if you use the actual footage I'm not sure on that. I don't think anyone really owns it, I mean all the networks and sub networks run the footage and shoot it, so I would think you are in the clear. I assume you are refering to what I said to him, if so I think what I said still stands.
If you looked at his shot and he wants it to look right then that will be a problem because of the layer.

I thought you did a great job for a short.
I loved the dialogue or lines, they seemed very well written.
Liked the location you had, everything seemed pretty darn good to me.
