Thats what I mean. Use a washer or small fish hook it will break the baloon or condom aside from that. Use eggs for blood/bullet hits. I believe there is a thread in the other effects forum or I can post a link to a thred on another board that will give you instructions on how to do this.

Use fishing line with a washer inside the balloon/condom, this is how the squibs for Taxi Driver were done.

You can use sugar glass for fight scenes ala breaking a bottle over some on. Or breaking a bottle on the bar. I seen a guy use a sheet of it to make a window and have someone kicked out of it.
