i use halogen lights they use on building sites. you get two lights on an adjustable stand and it works great - you can use gels or you can deflect the light, depending on the effect you want. they're well cheap over here to. (appreciate your the other side of the pond tho!)

storyboards are a great way of ensuring an efficient shoot. im cr** at drawing but as long as you know whats going on you can ensure you get all the shots you need- just tick them off as you go. it cut the shoot times right down for stuff im working on and freed up more time to shoot things 2 or 3 t...

i thought it was really good! small problem was the dialogue at times was a bit quiet compared to the background noise. good simple story tho and the forest scenes were really entertaining.
