Mark Rutheford. And I don't think you've seen most of it. It's 70 minutes long.

RE: Re: RE: The Crow: Dark Redemption

None, Sanguinary Man's the best low-budget film I've ever seen. But what films of mine have you actually seen? That one scene from Dead Weight? A couple of rough edits of Powder? Reserve judgment until you actually SEE one of my films in full. If you like you can come to the premiere of POWDER with ...

Well so am I, but you don't hear me bragging. And I'm a A* in media studies, best in my year. And A* English, also top of my year. Shall I go on? And I was making kick-ass movies while you were still p*** your pants.

RE: Sanguinary Man

Well I must say that I for one am bloody excited about this lil picture. I've seen the clips and they are in a whole other class to anything I've ever done, and nearly anything I've seen on this forum. This was originally going to open my new movie, POWDER, at the premiere, but I'm having second tho...

DEAD WEIGHT a new horror film from the creators of POWDER

After Powder ( http://www.matthawkins.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6787 ) is finished -which will be about three weeks- we begin filming on DEAD WEIGHT, a zombie horror movie. I realise that there are a hell of a lot of no-budget zombie flicks around, so -as with POWDER- we're trying to set our's apa...

Yeah, all becomes clear. Trust me, it becomes VERY violent. Last night we filmed a guy having his head smashed in against a bath tub, then being drowned in his own blood. We have shotgun blows tothe face with faces being taken off. A guy is stabbed in the neck with a screwdriver, then hung from a tr...

Yeah, the muzzle flash was a mistake that happened whilst rendering, rest assured it will NOT be in the finished film. Could you be more specific about what about it you weren't able to understand, just coz we're premiering it in about two weeks and I need all the in-depth feedback i can get. thanks.

Okay, here's the opening scene. I've been having problems with the trailer, so you'll have to make do with this little opening: http://www.matt.echowave.net/uploads/NoRemorse/
Sorry about the crappy quality.

Tell me what you think...

It would be great if you could host it for a lil bit, just to get people interested. Are you sure that would be okay?

I have a trailer that I'd love to show. Unfortunately, I have nowhere to host it and can't buy webspace at the moment.

POWDER - violence is golden

Here we are, the home stretch. Over the last 8 months, I have been filming and editing POWDER, my first feature. It is the simple story of two Essex gangsters, a professional named Kurb and a newbie named Diamond, slap-bang in the middle of the Mafia tottam-pole. After they are blamed for a coke dea...

RE: THe Matrix trilogy

The Matrix is one of my favourite films. Matrix Reloaded is not good, in that all the action is stupid CGI bullsh*t. It's just not exciting to see a bunch of computer-generated effects leaping about on screen. Now, Revolutions was just plain dull. Dull dull dull dull dull dull dull.

I've got about 210. I got American History X today and The Hitchcock Collection Vol.1 for £22! Seven films including The Man Who Knew Toom Much, Psycho and Rear Window. I've been doing crazy DVD buying recently.

The best commentary ever is the Alan Partridge/Lynn in-character commentaries on the I'M ALAN PARTRIDGE SERIES 1 disc. The others, in no order, are:

Mallrats
From Dusk till Dawn
Donnie Darko Director's Cut
Fight Club
Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me

How about you stick a pitchfork in a zombies' back and then use him, still attached to the pitchfork, like a baseball bat, knocking a load of other zombies down

Basically, what I really want is a wide shot of all these zombies crossing a field towards a barn, surrounding it. They'd alll sorta be walking away from the camera. Do-able?
