Re: RE: Does your parents...

Just be sure to have a normal job nailed down for sure --- you'll need income while searching for that break into the business! Yeah I agree, the film industry is hard to get into so you have to make sure you can make money some other way instead of just thinking you'll get in straight away. But th...

RE: Punch sounds if you want them.

Hmmm.... I have put it on rapidshare. For those with who it works, open the 'Click here to begin your download' instead of the 'Click here to begin your download with REDWOOSH P2P'. The sound effects don't sound comical or anything but they aren't exactly Hollywood quality. But they work well and th...

Punch sounds if you want them.

Hey, I have been making my own sound effects for my movies by just recording kicking/punching/slapping the punch bag, punching/slapping myself and some other ones are taken from actual accidental hits. The file is 31 seconds long and 5.74 mb (i probably should have scaled it down, but oh well). Here...

Rhys's fighting scenes i remember compromising of him betting beaten up very gently by his little sister in the backyard which i think is amusing. Ill have you know that she is older then me by like 2-5 months, and i don't think i would exactly have been born that premature. She is a friend, and on...

RE: ADMIN!

Make the actor just fall straight down (get them to throw there legs up and then drop themselves, if they can do it), it will look more realistic like that then if you make him float away. The legs were okay, but it would be better if they just lost there life and fell back.

He is answering the rhetorical question
ah... so.... the plot thickens.
i was just pointing out that it wasn't as bad as you made it out to be
my post wasn't that bad, i noted that it was not realistic at all and it was only funny.

Re: RE: could this be the best fight scene ever posted on ma

well of course its not meant to be serious Rhys. infact more than Rhys' ones (let the bitching begin), i like the in-your-face closeup angles with the fight and not just static tripod shots, it gives it a more energetic feel. also yeah some bits didn't flow quite well but overall it was alright, go...

RE: could this be the best fight scene ever posted on mathaw

Yeah it was only comical. There was no realism in it, it was over the top, the sound effects were hilarious and the whole fight was poorly put together. I have made some horrible fights in my time here, but if that was supposed to be serious?...

RE: Random Blood Hits

That was awesome... You have improved alot. Some of the angles weren't perfect and the blood was a little fake when he got shot in the mouth but that was great! I loved how he got stabbed, it was like kill bill, so over the top its good. The blood on the car was great, but the fact he survived was ba...

RE: Violence? Bloodshot eyes?

Yes.. light salt water, it f*** up your eyes less then lemon juice. I have a lemon tree and it hurts like hell when u get it squirted in your eyes. Although salt water lasts longer i think... I'm not sure but i will be trying them both out.

Violence? Bloodshot eyes?

Hey i want some ideas for random violence (I'm trying to make a music video to a whole heap of violent things) what would u think? First: The fight had a single angle and wasn't threatening in the slightest. You never cut a persons throught with a sword, u cut the whole head off, you may want to take up a class or something. Fight 2: Try hit each other rather then just slaping swords. It looks more like a fencing video rather t...
