there is a lot to t, you have search the web and research, but most of it is your own creativity. But read up, try and learn the rule of thirds and the 180 degree rule etc.

No, not yet, planning a 48 hour one though. It's great because your not aloud to edit the film. And as far as I am aware it is shot on actual film. Which would be pretty cool.

Stock footage is basically, all the footage you have shot, in uncut form. Easy.

Sound - The sound seemed better during editing and watching on the TV. When we watched the film at the premiere on the cinema screen certain imperfections became a bit more obvious. you can only do it on an angle, unless you do some tricky editing in post. But that would take ages to explain how to do. But just remember, you can film from any angle, left - right - up + down.
