HDV Quality is fantastic, I can vouch for it, although I dont use it personally, It all depends on how you use it though, Like any footage, Mistreat it and you wont be using its full potential.

you can???? I really didnt know. I know you can submit your movies without a premium account if they are elegable, like theyve been seen and stuff, but can you do it anyway if you have premium?

2 pieces of great news, I sent off a video audition and got the part for a small scene in an upcoming war movie 'between the lines' so thats cool. Its going to raindance so that should be fun. Secondly I got the number of a guy who was looking for actors from my advisor so I rung it and it turns out...

ahh well the film is on its way, its indeed finished, but its 50 mins long, and I just cant find a decent compressor, I dont want all the quality to go to hell, that can really spoil the movie.
anyone got any ideas?

Well the film is coming along a treat and were on our last 4 scenes of shooting. I'm expecting it to be done by the beggining of april. you can get very realistic guns, just by toys and mod them. Use sugarglass as that costs nothing to make, work on cracking wood down the middle so you can break it on people, learn how to fall, roll downstairs ect. the best fights arent the choreagraphed martial arts style, there good but they look ...

It Looks pretty but if your making a film real dirty bar brawl style fighting allways has the edge.
