I have never heard of AP7, but I have worked with 6.5 the first Pro and now this one. I am sure I don't have a complete answer for you. But here are a few things I have noticed on the new one 1. Steady Move :) Very nice stabilizer 2. Correcting color automatically works much much better 3. Intergrat...

Any angles in this type of movie where the camera is higher than the actors' head is an overhead shot, which are unnecessary. I am just curious on this comment, are you saying that in any situation that an overhead shot is unnecessary?? Because I think an overhead shot of say a couple of people loo...

It works excellent. I work for MF, and it is a really really good mic for the money. Pick one up we have a money back guarantee anyway, so you aren't out anything. And if you need a little boom setup for it, this guy works great also. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=home/search/detail/base_pid...

This is a very good mic for the price. Its obviously not a pro mic, but it does a better job then its price indicates.

I guess what I meant was not degrade it to much. I agree getting a clean shot from the get go is the best way, but alas sometimes that is not always the case, and out of all the retakes the one I usually like the performance on, is the one that ends up with the camera getting a little more shake the...

Oh yeah, I actually have made that exact model, and it works very very good. I guess I got a taste of the new Adobe plugin SteadyMove and loved the effect of it, made one scene seem like I was on rails...and that is what I am looking for. But I was looking for maybe a plugin that was even more robus...
