The story is good, the dialogue is good and quite convincing, you'll need to work with your actors with some of it to make it sound really convincing. lots of narration at the start of a film indicates that the writer piked out of writing plot into the earlier scenes, maybe you should work on writin...

I liked the dialogue, it had a good flow and was very natural and real, i have issues with the concept of making a matrix film, no offense, but making a film based off another film will just set up people to be disappointed. you might want to consider a good design if you want anyone to
hang around, but don't be sucked into making too many graphics
