Anything by Bernard Herrman he did alot of Hitchcock's films, Or Jerry Goldsmith who won an Oscar for his score in The Omen, last but not least Elmer Bernstien who did Ghostbusters and over 90 films.

well where im at the local library loans out cds they have great soundtracks with horror and or scary sounding music. Thats where i get most of my sound effects from

Your right the cgi would look pretty fake. Why not try some plaster concoctions with the right paint and texture the homemade mask could look pretty real. About the cloning i dont know how it would look but you never know until you try. Hope I helped some?

I use scriptbuddy. But it isn't really that much help it just keeps track of your characters scenes and it lays you script out scene by scene. It gets the job done. you dont have to format like with word

Famous is right Dry ice is Expencive and hard to find , hard to store, Pottasium Nitrate is dangerous, I have made smoke bombs before and they are anything but hard. It is definetly the way to go but yes they are dangerous, you might make them wrong and they explode so truthfully never tryed it but ...
