Hi mate, here is my review: The Good: The script was well written. Very good acting. This goes hand in hand with the one above, as the lines wouldn't have been half as effective if the actors weren't good enough. They really breathed life into their parts. Beautiful Lighting. So important for mood a...

Don't think too hard and for too long Rhys, you might burst a blood vessel or something!

I now can't wait for your film - with all the thinking time and tests you do I'm expecting the world!!!

RE: Some Grip Work / Zombie Film Work - Check It! Plus Pictu

I wonder if this Zombie film 'The Rising' is the same as the book I read by Brian Keene. It says on his website that both of his books (The Rising and the sequel City of the Dead) are in Production. http://www.briankeene.com/ If you like zombie stories then these books are a must. I couldn't put the...

The scene in the dealer's home was good. It was shot well with there drinking and his singing, very funny. But, one major problem that you should look into for future projects is lighting. One moment the lighting is fine, then they're in shadow. The other thing I noticed was sound. One shot was fine...

- And about the smoking... Sorry, but what? That is the most ridiculous criticism, ever. The characters smoke. End of. Why? They just do. Does it really p** you off this much every time you see a movie with someone smoking in it? The way I normally work criticism is for one statement listen to it, ...

Nice film mate. Its meaning was clear without any talking. It was a pleasure to watch. I thought the music fit, but always a shame when its not your own, or you've not gained the copyright.

Keep it up.

The Good: Nice array of shots. Good acting. Good tension building. Great ending!!! The bad: Nothing fresh in your idea. Some of the shots had awkward zooms in them. Overall a good film. This is a nice platform to build off to create something a but more challenging in script terms. Great ending, I w...

As an amateur production that was entertaining. The Good: The acting. The script. Good characters that will hopefully develop well. You had some nice shots in there. Especially your establishing shots. Nice music. The Bad: Lighting between shots. You are trying to light things enough to see clearly ...

RE: MONSTERS - a new film

The Good: Nice shots. Especially the montage at the beginning. Sound was mainly good. Acting was good. A lot of people involved always adds realism to certain scenes. The Bad: There was a jump in sound when the lad joined him on the roof. The smoking was fine in the pub, but everyone in your film sm...

It was OK, a bit of fun. I thought the Cat was great, and should be upping its contract in its next film!!! I liked the Cat view shots. I thought a couple of other shots needed some lighting. I didn't like the music choice at all. It was too much for such a short, little film. Overall, a nice little...
