Re: Riding in Cars with Bees

A bee in a classroom is probably the scariest thing, especially when nobody else is panicking. Thanks for that! Was standard point and shoot stuff, but with a wide angle lens in slow motion it looks a bit more majestic. On a technical note, you can only really slow video down by half, so we had to a...

Sounds good! Although its parody style of "Rebel Without a Crew" scares me somewhat

Riding in Cars with Bees

Bit of an odd one, but should be quite fun. Consider it a magical visual experience. Or something.

Re: Who Is Your Favorite Movie Score Composer?

I honestly don't think you can get better than John Williams in his heyday. The second his time on this planet is over we're gonna be lacking something huge within the movie industry.

Strangely today me and my fiancée decided we're gonna have movie scores during dinner at our wedding 8)

Looking really good. Obviously anything with soldiers and zombies gets my vote!

Hang on, you've stolen our only chance to get in to Hollywood.

Will it definitely get finished?

Re: Naughty Soldiers is back on!

Ha ha! No I'm afraid when we went to reboot it in 2007 we eventually realised it was to relive the great days of 2003 and we could find very little to take away from it. Plus I find whenever you try to re-do something it never quite has the spark you gave it the first time. Everything we came up wit...

Cheers sir!

People like that line. It was literally invented on the last night of editing as a bit of late night energyless improvisation so we can't take any credit for being genius's I'm afraid.

Re: Your opinion

Wow! So well made. Sooooo so well made. Probably the best looking thing that's ever popped up on MH ever (no offence to everyone, but this blew me away!). My only worry is that a 'portal' based film won Virgin Media Shorts two years ago :| I know it's a different take, but sadly it might hold you ba...

Bonobo and Me

A few months back we were asked by Hat Trick Digital (sounds la-de-dah, but it's not!) to make a film in 7 days based on the theme of 'leadership' and this is what we came up with. Hope you enjoy it, as I'm dead proud of what we did! Bonobo and Me - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pblc0sJjJYM http://...

Ridley Scott's "Monopoly"

http://img823.imageshack.us/img823/3729/mono1.jpg The rumour going round at the moment is that Ridley Scott is making a feature film based on the board game, Monopoly. This got us thinking, and this is what we believe the trailer is gonna look like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lv_OZ6bdvGY Hope y...

I openly mocked someone in my class for having an 8gb hard drive, claiming it was a waste of space. I was jealous really.

I was looking in to one today actually. My iPhone contract expires soon. Might be a nice change. I'm not really an Apple head, I just fell in to this Apple-based venture

Re: 2010 Reel Test

It all looks dead sexy, really damn sexy!! I'd say it needs chopping right down though. A lot of the shots last for ages (the very first one, for example) and every other shot was very similar (especially the hospital stuff). I know it's easy to be protective of your stuff and want to let it linger ...
