After watching your behind the scenes videos, it still amazes me how professionally you took this indie. Very inspiring.

One other question. What camera and sound device did you use? Also, I noticed that some of the vechicles look like ones from the game Battlefield 1942. Are they? And if so, are you allowed to you them?

That was pretty cool. Interesting bullet idea. Also I like your attempt of making it look like you were really jumping off of the balcony. What would have been really cool is if you had really found a safe way to jump. One way to do this would have a platform only a few feet down but have the camera...

Good Question (mini-dv tape)

I have been using 3 mini-dv tapes in rotation forever since you can keep writing over them, but little by little, will quality slowly dwindle? I wanted to know before I went into a lifetime of questioning this.

RE: FINALLY, THE LAST DEFENCE TRAILER!!!!!!! (WWII MOVIE)

Can't wait to see the finished version. Music and audio was good, but the muzzle flashes lacked in a few spots. I liked it.

Static (The Ring Spin-off) Movie

I litterally shot and edited this move in a couple hours. Its about 1 minute, 11 seconds long; 8MB. It turned out perfectly. A must watch. I would really appreciate any feedback.

Clone Test in AE

Well I got bored today and decided to do a clone test. I used Adobe After Effects to mask the two scenes over one another and its pretty seemless (for only taking about 20 min). Check it out and tell me what you think.

I love it. Did you use a dolly for those "slowly moving in shots" or was that just a very slow zoom?

RE: Late Presidential Skit

I thought that was pretty entertaining. Looks like you guys had alot of fun. Did you have to get permission to where masks around the school? Because my high school would flip out on us if we went around the school with masks.

Looking for Composer

Hello all, As I finish my editing for my horror movie (Goatman), I still do not have music and I was wondering if there was anyone here who could score it. I do not have money to pay you, but the least I can do is give you full music credit and send you the finished DVD at the end of production. Doe...

I just got this idea that I could make a dolly similar to that and then tie it to the back of my go cart and set a steady speed. Then I would mute the sound and keep the go-cart at a steady paste. :D

Yeah, I agree with UF. Balsa wood is realistic, but it will not hurt becuase it is so light and "non-dense". The shatter would look real aswell. Real woody...

There are a few "middle class" editors $90-150 that work well.....anything but WMM.

The only thing WMM is good for is compressing in WMV format.
