I run PC, but I'm trying to make the switch to Mac. I know some film editors who say Mac is the way to go for post production, but I don't know if I'm going to commit to a computer based on word of mouth.

I just got my Hobbytron package today. Not bad at all. Some of them are good enough for viewing out of the box, one or two could use a little painting but they're definitely screen worthy.

Use a ping pong ball, Tennis ball would smother the flame, ping pong balls are pretty flammable, and when its done burning (it takes a couple seconds) there's absolutely nothing left. And as for the matches, you can pretty much use any kind. The trick is to cut off the striker from the match box and...

Torrent sites actually have a pretty good wall to hide behind, legally. They don't make the original poster of the file anonymous, like other free filesharing communities. And a lot of torrent sites require you find the download via search engine. It might be backwards logic, but they ultimately set...

SonyVegas 6.0, and that's about it. I'm trying to find a bootleg or a torrent of After Effects that works, I can't afford the legit version.

This is just like the Decameron (10 nights, 10 stories per night), probably a little closer to the Canterbury Tales in length and relevance. If you guys get enough people to meet the 14 movie mark I'll contribute.

If you want to go classical you might want to look up Moonlight Sonata (by Beethoven). It's a lone piano, and I know a lot of people have remade it with a lone acoustic guitar instead. The guitar is slower, could fit nicely with what you need.

Good s***. Well shot, well edited, fight at the end looked like it took a while to plan out and organize. I like the swastika tattoo on the man's arm, was a nice touch.

I actually have a pending order with Hobbytron right now, never used them before, but it seems they got it shipped off pretty fast.

www.hobbytron.com isn't too bad. Cheap airsoft guns, maybe not high quality when it comes to playing matches, bit they make good props. And KAPOWWE sells special prop sets for low budget movie makers. Three broken airsoft guns for 15 dollars, and 5 broken toy guns for 10 dollars. For both broken pac...
