do you have after effects? that would do it or a 3d program, you won't be able to do this using editing programs like premiere, final cut, vegas, etc

i want to compress a tv episode which ends up being about 42 minutes when commercials are taken out. i want to compress it in divx. most downloaded episodes are between 350 and 400 MB while keep great quality. what settings should i choose to get close to this.

they are called nd filters which stands for neutral density. i had 2 nd filters on my camera and addition nd from nd gels.

another quick suggestion is turn off the digital camera stabilizer. ESPECIALLY when you are shooting on a tripod. if it is turned on while you use a tripod it actually makes the image quality worse.
