RE: Re: RE: NEW SHORT: SEVENTY-TWO. PLEASE WATCH AND COMMENT
You say films are for telling stories, yes, this may sound wierd but they can tell stories without having a storyline. Paitings can tell stories, so can modern art paintings but in different ways. The way I like to iflm is making a film that does not just put the story there one a plate for you, yes...

The gun sound effet at the end? Yeah, 'cause I was experimenting makng it echo and it didn't turn out very well in that version.DarkElastic wrote: The tension gained through music and shots was very good, but it was spoilt by a really bad sound effect and no diversity in shots.

RE: Re: RE: NEW SHORT: SEVENTY-TWO. PLEASE WATCH AND COMMENT
Listen, everyone wants a storyline, why on earth does everything have to have a storyline. It's like totaly dismissing all of modern art. Unlike the older paintings they wern't anything. They where just, I suppose what could be described as 'splodges', with no reality, no realisim, like not having a...

Re: RE: NEW SHORT: SEVENTY-TWO. PLEASE WATCH AND COMMENT NOW

RE: GoodBye Tale - SEE NOW
I watched it in full. I just didn't like, it looked like you where just messing around, for fun. The fight was bad and quite slow paced, thetn suddenly in the middle of a realistic fight the person turns magic. Also the effects where terrible, the gun didn't flash, and you didn't add a noise (which ...

NEW SHORT: SEVENTY-TWO. PLEASE WATCH AND COMMENT NOW!!!WATCH
here's a new short, which I originaly recorded as an arty thing, but then decided, well that doesn't really appeal to everyone, so I chaged it a bit and added a bit of drama. I won't say much more now. PLEASE WATCH AND COMMENT NOW! http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1215088059143263485&hl=e...

first of all mickar did I ever accuse SgtPadrino of accusing me of being historicaly inaccurate, no. I just said that was what I called 'fine details' and what that I hated it when people critised you over that. And besides, of course it's a toy gun, do you really expect a eleven or twelve year-ol t...

RE: To Anyone Interested In My Films
Reminds me of a project I ditched called Four little feet which was about two children who run-away, but it wasn't a comedy.

Of cousre I working on them and of course I care about what people say, I wouldn't ask for comments if I didn't want to be critised, 'cause every film on here has at least on justified critisim. And the fine points, well your ffine points are different to mine: for instance, what I really hate is wh...

Very, very good, knocked ISO off the block as my number one best film. Just a couple of things, like in some points the continuity wasn't great, but oh well. And at the beggining the main character drew a gun, but as soon as he made a movement, in real life, the other two would have shot him, but th...

People, I don't know people bother with PCs, cause they're a load of c***. They have terrible interfaces, bad help, crash, get viruses, look horrible, and Mac has great features like iMovie and GarageBand - which you just don't get on PCs unless you pay about £300.

Thanks Lawrie, for some great advice:P You know, some people on this site are so ridicously (oh hey, I've spelt that wrong! Very wrong!) mature, it's funny. Lawrie is so excellent at giving advice, seriously, he's harsh, but he's great. I hate people who just say things suck and thats it (I suppose...
