then didn't you just answer your own question? export as movie, i think, and in the settings (AVI, MOV, etc) one of them should be a filmstrip. (.FLM i THINK, not 100% sure).

it's good for a very amature level, and the beginning drew me in, but you need to work on finesse with your editing style. alot of shots were left too long or the cuts were awkward.
