RE: Script, long time coming.....

Please do fire off the story, ideally as Rich Text but I can view most formats with my software. It sounds brilliant.
Speaking of which, how did you find what I sent you the other day?

RE: Script, long time coming.....

Interesting, but pretty ambitious. The location especially would be a hell of a challenge.
Can you tell me where to find a copy ofthat short story? I'm not familiar with the author.

The flame looks realistic enough, as do the shadows, but shouldn't the slide be moving back? Or is the Desert Eagle a delayed-blowback weapon?
The first link seems to have died, but I can email the picture to anyone who's burningly curious.

More Desert Eagle Pictures

This, evidently, is why the Desert Eagle needs a flash suppressor!

Desert Eagle Pictures

Sorry about the double posting; my Internet connection hiccoughed.
The picture is actually on my hard drive, so I can't promise this is going to work:

I've got a picture of what I THINK is a Desert Eagle with a flash suppressor/compensator, but I don't know how to post it on here. Drop me a line with a contact address and/or instructions and I'll be glad to share.

Actually, flash-suppressors on big crew-served weapons are there as much to protect the gunner's eyes as anything else. They are occasionally seen on sidearms, but are usually restricted to really heavy calibre stuff like the Desert Eagle. Even then, if you're worried about an opponent discerning th...

RE: Force Marker

If you haven't already tried this, go to Lycos.com, select the Images and Audio tab and the Audio icon and fire away. It should produce something, at least.

If not, go to Lycos.com and select the Images and Audio tab, pick audio and input the titles.

Try looking up the soundtrack on one of the sites where they play 30-second samples; I've seen both trailer and film, and I'm pretty sure it was in both.

RE: Got a few minutes to spare?

I like it. It's not immediately obvious whether his is going to be a horror flick or a tender, improbable romance, but whichever way you take it, I'd like to see the finished result.

Anybody Think They Can Make A Film Out Of This?

I've got a moderately lengthy piece of prose fiction on my hard drive that I think would be fairly cheap to film. It's a pretty standard post-apocalyptic survivor's tale that owes a lot to Day of the Triffids and Survivors , but it's set on a cabin cruiser on the Norfolk Broads. It's only got two ma...
