whats that thing called you have to enable to better the importing quality from the camera to the comp? vca, vma, somehting.

ummm, is there any way to improve the video quality, because its all shaky and laggy:(

I just got premiere 6.0, and i cant figure out how to import the footage fromthe camera into the comp. There's too many functions *sob*. Could somebody explain how? Also, where on the adobe website can i download the files that show new camera profiles?

I just got a new video camera, and decided to make some home movies (emphasis on home). My skill level is extremely basic, so humor me. If it wouldnt be too much, could any of you answer these questions? !. How do you reverse video clips? i know imovie has it, but i cant find any other software that...
