To rename/convert the m2t file extension to a mpeg 2 do you need a program? I'm not sure how to do that.

Camera Boom?

I'm looking to get a hightened shot, I've seen a camera on a boom like a mic almost. Does anyone know a site or anywhere I can look into them?

I liked that behind the scenes. If I ever get to see the final project I'll look for the behind the scenes camera sitting there haha. I'm sure you probably put it out of frame though haha.

Ok, What I did was sort of a pain, but a way to do it is go to each and every clip, right click it. Go down to properties, then the media tab. Under "Pixel aspect ratio" there are some widescreen options, but im not sure if they are 16:9.

It works but there are some deteriation around the objects infront. I havent used anything else for masking, but I'd say there has to be something better for it and is more meant for it then premiere is.

So... the problem is that the editing programs arnt ready for HDV? Because I'm looking to get a higher quality camera, and the HD looks to be the best on the market, but i don't want to get it if it doesnt show up to be as great as it is said to be.
