Got shrunk NTSC VOB's on local HDD from NTSC DVD-5. Now want to convert VOB's to PAL and re-burn to DVD-5, so I can play without an NTSC compliant TV. Tried dvdrhelp with no joy - they just provide examples of ways to re-encode - but then probably looking in wrong place Cheers.

Does anyone know how to convert NTSC VOB's (DVD's) to PAL in software without re-capturing from an analogue source? Or using external converter boxes. Cheers.

Tried other forums - but you guys seem to know what youre talking about. I have a Gainward Geforce 4 Powerpack 750 XP video card which I am using to TRY and capture VHS video.
