Problem with Adobe Premiere

I recently had to reboot my entire computer, so I put everything, including, premier on a portable hard drive. Adobe Premiere works alright, but when I am adding effects like transparency or motion, there is no preview of what it will look like. Theat means I'm editing muzzle flashes and everything ...

NEED HELP WITH WEAPON (a tomahawk)

Okay, I am building a prop tomahawk to use in my movie. For the rocky axe head, I built it out of cardboard and duct tape. Obviously it has a duct tape look to it. Is there anything I can spray or put over it to make it look like stone while still being able to use it as a prop because it's going to...

RE: Re: RE: McDonalds

No, I want it to be a novel. I'm not doing it as a movie, it would be too hard. You can't film there. I had it all set up like a novel, but the forum didn't read my indents and such. How is it, novelwise?

I finished the first chapter, tell me what you guys think: Hello, welcome to McDonald’s. How may I help you? What would you like from our nutrition based menu. Our menu is set to help people who choose to lose weight. You can get a salad, a grilled or crispy chicken sandwich, or maybe even a ...

RE: How does my script look?

I was going for a lighter horror. This is going to be our first movie so we included many humorous bits to lighten some of the horror aspects. I am going to balance the humor parts by making the horror parts as terrifying as I can. And I'm not going to take the cheap way out and just use a bunch of ...

LOTR MASSIVEesque program

I know that The Lord of the Rings people had their massive program for making the huge army scenes. I remember a few months back finding a site with a different version of a program like that for lower budgeted people. Does anyone know where I can find a program like that?

Much appreciated

I think this will only work if you know your star wars so inside and out so that you can make the conversations work right, and i just have this feeling that if you pump a Star Wars flick full of graphic violance and profanty it will just feel wrong. So what I would do is this, have the layout be i...

well, usually the opening is like a side story (Pulp Fiction Pumpkin and Honey Bunny) so I was thinking Han Greedo confrontation, and then after opening credits we could have a scene in the falcon.

Basically. I am either gonna do this, or a horror movie I've been working on title Twilight Twins. It's a campy horror. Imagine a crossbreed of Candyman and Scream. Which should I do. Horror or QT Star Wars?

QUENTIN TARANTINO'S STAR WARS

I am trying to do a Tarantinoesque Star Wars movie. What kinda debates should I have? (ex. Hash talk in pulp fiction or Like a Virgin talk in Reservoir Dogs) also, any suggestions? I was thinking about doing 4,5,6 with flashbacks to the others, especially 3. Thanx

Also, we are on a slim budget do to the other films so I will have to scourage up the 20 bucks. So maybe you shouldn't get started yet.
