So the movie's volume is the increased volume?

If that's not the case: I'd say run it through something like Windows Movie Maker and export, then put onto a DVD and see if that works.

Didn't he leave Collateral a few weeks into filming?

In no particular order:

The Insider
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
Fight Club
Saving Private Ryan
Black Hawk Down
the worst in my opinion has to be man on fire it was like an hour and half long music video
You deserved to be slapped.

Looking nice. Gotta admit though, I got a chuckle when I saw this fancy rig attached to a simple camera. :P

How Theaters get movies

My uncle was asking me this, and I didn't have a clue. Basically, how do theaters get their movies (where do they order them from, or whatever). I wish I could expand this out more- but it's a pretty straightforward question, in which you are required to answer.

I liked it- I don't know if it's just the camera, or how that house is colored but it looked very visually interesting. Muzzle flashes need to be cropped down to one frame.

I know a friend of mine that dies by Pinnacle, yet he can edit just as well as any moron using Premiere or FinalCut. It's not really a matter of what you're using, just what comes out. I know alot of people who think I'm kidding when I say I still use Windows MovieMaker (with a combo of AE)- but bel...

I'm just hoping this thread doesn't turn in to yet another PC Vs Mac war!
I hate iLames. And PC's are shitty crash machines.

I'm bored so, the first shot has been fired.

The only ones I can find that don't completely suck are burst fire.
Burst fire should work just fine: crop of the ending and copy/paste what's left until the the gun fire should stop. When it stop, that last copy/paste you can use the original sound so you keep the echo.

Thanks Padrino. Here's a link to my outside edited stuff using The Movies. I do have things on the gamesite that just uses the game- but I found the best way to get reviews is to make these really arty farty videos, which I'm not entirely pretentious enough to link here. YouTubeage The game itself i...

No it's not a complex design, but when it comes to attaching it- it'll become a pain in the a**. You're better off just spending the $13 on a nice metal one with plenty of attachment options.

You usually get an unpacker application, or if the the file can take it- just change the file ending to .zip and you can open it and look through it like a zip file.

I liked it, looked very nice. Loved the color correction for those first two shots when it was raining, also the super DoF with the shots of the hand. Didn't care for the music, except for that massive cresendo type deal with the hair flip. Sucks about the actress. You know actors- take 'em out and ...

Couldn't you say the lines yourself, and then in your editing program replace it with the good audio? That is, if you want to change it. Good work! I can't (I don't know anyone) who can repeat those lines with the same actor's voices. There was no good audio, they give you this cut of the trailer (...

Thanks.

Some people thrive with it, others don't. I've seen some films that truly are masterpieces, I've seen other which are truly piles of s***. I just learned to stay with it, because my stuff at first would satisfy the latter category. ;)

The Barnes Ultimatum Trailer

I know, I'm so incredibly clever. http://img172.imageshack.us/img172/1343/bournefull00023mb0.jpg I knew about this contest where you remake this Bourne Ultimatum trailer with your gaming product- which in turn is at times called Machinima... I know, go figure? Why wait so long to enter it? I took my...
