RE: Sick Individual Productions: Downloads - Films and Music

Well we tend to make small credits (46 sec credits for a 14 min film is heaps), and that song was intended for the Udds X credits. There was no large version that was edited to fit the credits, it was made as is.

Lol, you want 'Here Comes the Udds'? I think we can arrange an upload for that... by the way I did the entire musical score, any comments on that too? The 3D was designed to look cartoonish, we just pasted a smilie face as the skin for example to look like a a texter mark much like the 'live' Udds. ...

RE: What should I get???

Well for that money, a system like that should be EASY to get.

If you know how to build computers check out http://www.msy.com.au

Don't settle with 40gb though, video needs lots more room.

Oh man, I can't believe no one has replied to this one.

PC Powerman was a classic! An incredible tale of a geek gone superhero! (Never heard that idea before) There is some very funny scenes in this one.

Try using an equalizer effect and removing all the bass and mid tones, it will give you a tinny sound coming from the treble. This allows the viewer to still make out what is being said, and sounds ok. To make it sound better, I apply distortion effect after the equalizer. Only very slight though or...

The BenQ FP737S are very sharp, and can handle fast motion quite acceptably. They say LCD aren't very good for games and fast motion shots, but it handled doom 3 quite well. That is an older model however, they also have a 12ms (FP767), and I assume it would have the same quality with better handlin...

yeah, value for money (without going too expensive), either radeon 9800pro, or geforce 6800 (NOT GT or Ultra). But note that these are AGP. If your motherboard has the PCI-E slot, you will need to consider other options which I know nothing about.

The first system sounded better (but we don't know exact specs), although the video card is cr**, but there is a spare pci-e slot for a decent card. The price difference makes it better too. 160GB would be ideal for video and editing. The 40GB is almost useless for editing.

The Udds X page has been updated finally after a long time of inactivity, due to the workload at uni. Check out the new pics and info on the shoots. You might be able to piece together some scenes if you are clever enough. Pity the scenes aren't shot in chronological order of the film. And be sure t...
