Dude, maybe, instead of trying to excuse your crappy films with "I was bored" every time, why not be a little more honest and just introduce everything you post on here with the words "I'm talentless".

I thought the clip was really quite funny. Nice.
Not as funny, however, as a certain little boy on this forum who's really obnoxious about everyone else's films and then moans like a little biatch when someone tells him off.
What a brat.
What a twat.

RE: DEAD WEIGHT - zombie movie

Hey rhys, Just so you know, your a miserable little boy with no talent and no future. You are going to live the rest of your life feeling so manically jealous of anyone who achieves ANYTHING, which is why you feel the need to tear about everything we've done. Everything you have posted on this websi...

Damn, that' one snappy-dressin' cat! I like his style!

Emo's a little different over here. Your only emo if you cry all the time and slit your wrists and sh*t. Otherwise, you're just a scene kid.
So yeah, the black-haired dude (me) is not emo. He's scene. It's the lesser of two evils.

RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Monsters

Meh, whatever floats your boat. Point is, the characters in the film smoke no more than people do in real life. I mean, so far you've seen the first act, which is set over one day. Aaron, who is the heaviest smoker, has only smoked four cigarettes, and two in the pub the night before. If anything, h...

I'm pretty sure you got Jizz worthy over 'Skins' and tried to incoperate that, but you'll never make an impact or be proud of any of your work unless you make some serious changes. -Frij I'm pretty f*cking proud of it as it is, actually. In fact, I've never been prouder. We've recieved pretty much ...

RE: "Barry Lyndon" An Exercise in Style

I thought it was very good. I agree that other than the zoom-out (which wasn't too great) it was pretty faultless, and the Tarantino dialogue exchange (from the opening scene of Pulp, UFP) really worked, suprisingly enough.

Nicely done.

So Lawriejaffa, you really saw no merit in those first five minutes at all? Nothing that showed any kind of promise? Not in the dialogue? Acting? Cinematography? Editing? Nothing? I find that quite stunning, considering that your work pales in comparison in pretty much all those areas. I mean, can y...

Thanks so much guys. The rifles a 1914 Springfield and has absolutely no place in this film - it's in there coz it's the only gun we had at the time. We stole it from the school prop cupboard about three years ago and never returned it. It looks like it was homemade, but using the slide from a real ...

Well, that is how we talk. Sure, Britain's home to some pretty brain-dead youths, but we're not all morons. Some of us have a moderate grasp of the language we speak. As for the accent comment - huh?

Well, I really liked and enjoyed it, and I'm stealing the bit where the guy opens the door and the hero flat out punches him in the face, coz i literally punched the air at that bit. You can't please everyone, but you got a fair amount of people on this thread who really liked it, so I wouldn't worr...

i guess when your ultra low budget you need to get attention somehow..so a couple of baby killlings gets peoples attention.. Yeah, or...ya know... talent. I don't mean to be a dick, but how about good writing, interesting direction, characters that are three-dimensional and real. I'm pretty sure th...

Re: RE: Essex Psycho - Trailer (rough version)

Please, this is a very very serious film. Regarding peoples mental states and how living in a fantasy world can cause such mindless acts of violance. Okay, I respect that. However, the focus on him killing babies, that seems to have one reason and one reason only: to shock. From what work I've seen...

RE: Essex Psycho - Trailer (rough version)

Um...yeah, is there any deeper meaning to your film? Any point your trying to make? Or is it just an excuse for you to shoot the most grotesque and sickening things you can think of?

Thanks for the feedback guys. It's not really meant to be a rolling-on-the-floor comedy, more a entertaining, smiley kinda film, very gentle and light.
I'm editing more now, hopefully I'll be able to post it soon.

Yeah, he's supposed to be 18. We're hoping the audience will indulge themselves in willing suspension of disbelief.
Yeah, we're missing scenes. There will be no black shots.
We don't plan on selling the film and therefore we don't need music licences.

Thanks for your comments x

BAMBOOZLE a new comedy from the makers of LiVE

Hey guys, Over the last month or so we've been hard at work on our new flick, and we've just about finished the first act, so I thought it would be nice to get some feedback. BAMBOOZLE tells the story of two 16-year-old twins, who want to go on holiday with their friends after their exams. Unfortuna...

I once used Pinnacle 9, and what I did for muzzle flashes was to select the single frame in which the flash was needed, and just turn up the brightness of that frame. It actually looks really good.

I loved the assassin's hair going from mega-short in the opening, to longer in the fight, to mega-short again at the end. Magic!

Lack of interest. We sorta took a break from it for a couple of months and then started new flicks. And, for me as a writer, it was a really personal script based very much on a part of my live that has since passed. So in the end, we decided to kill it. You may see something like it made by us soon...
