Rhys: If you make sure your camera angles are right the next time, that alone will help a great deal. - you need to remember that stage fighting doesn't work in fornt of a camera if it's filming at an odd angle (dunno if I put that sentence right...did it make sense to you?)

The fake blood with caro syroup and hot water, food colouring (lots of red, some yellow and green or blue) + the cocoa powder looked just fine the last time I tried it... if you add soap it won't stain all that bad (or so they say anyway). I seem to remeber that I got all of it off, just be patient.

Kinda hard to find just based on that. it depends on the mans beackground/ past/ the rest of the plot in your movie...

Watch out tough, not all of them are as retractable as they are supposed to be unless you get them at the exact right angle... - Buy a cheap one in a toy store and pain it with silver paint, looks quite realistic from a distance

I assume you could find something if toy visit the websites of the Hubble telescope, NASA, Deep Sky Explorer or something like that... If not, just use ordinary search engines like yahoo, Y never know what might turn up if you try many differnet search words

Try using flour og baking soda/powder or whatever you`ve got. then you might at least get some smoke. The flames/flash I assmue you have to make digitally

ASGs you mean? As far as i know they sort under the same laws/ rules as soft guns. I doubt they`d sell it out in the poen if they were illegal.

I dont know how it is where you all live, but in my neighbour town they have an airsoft field that people can rent. - Y can also rent the ASGs/ AEGs and the outfit you need if you are planning to actually fire them. I`ve never been there myself, but I assume that it could be the safest place to use ...
