I actually shot our guns with alluminum paint first. Then shot a gloss black over it, kind of misting it on. Then shot a mist of flat on it. Turned out really neat, gives that metal black shiny flat look...if that makes any sense. Used the flatter stuff on the handles and things like that, made the ...

Re: RE: Re: Fundraising For a Film
You would actually be suprised to see how many people wouldn't mind dumping $5000 into a movie and not except anything back other then credits and a compeleted movie. You've got to be kidding me! Nope, they usually want more control then most of us would like them to have, but honestly, it really i...

RE: Re: Fundraising For a Film
Were are you at..location?? The way we are funding the next big one, is from previous smaller projects, selling disks, selling tickets to the premiere, things like that. Other then that, find someone that likes to invest in movie making. You would actually be suprised to see how many people wouldn't...

RE: Adobe Auto Crossfades?
No it does not, you have to actually drag the "video transitions" to the clips.
If you are having trouble finding it Effects>Video Transitions>Dissolve>Cross Dissolve
That is the most common soft disolve from one scene to the other.

Firestorm We contacted PBS with a 5 min clip and they were really interested in what we were doing. So as the months went on, they started talking about making it part of a 3 hour special, our spot taking 1 hour between 7-8pm for 2 weeks. Well they also wanted us to include statistics, and interview...

I don't even know where to begin at there are so many of them. Ok, so my dad has a vision of a place in Washington (we lived in Southern Oregon at that time) where some money was buried. So we take off heading on a trip, with really no idea exactly where we were heading. We get into Washington and d...
