Well, I was thinking that since programs can be created and deleted, why couldn't an alternate Smith program be created, to attack Neo when he's the weakest? It's not completely accurate to the Matrix Trilogy, but I don't really care.

"The Matrix Revalations" - Prequel Script

Here is the first part of the script I am writing, more will be posted when I revise it and finish it. Comments and criticsisms are welcome as I only have 5 days to perfect this monster. Thanks INT. SCREEN PORCH - MORNING A dimly lit room. A teenager, THOMAS ANDERSON sleeps in a sleeping bag on a co...

Thanks for the replies, Vor that's a strange coincidence lol. I'll post a basic synopsis on the Scripts Forum and when I finish the script I'll post that too. The full title is
"The Matrix Revalations" and it features Smith as a teenager. The story went downhill from there...

I would say the HV20 is better than the Sony's, www.camcorderinfo.com
has a lot of reviews, of the HC7 and the HV20.

Been looking into this camera for a long time, and have heard nothing but good things about it. For $1,100 you get true 24fps so I would say it is defenitely a good choice. Wish I had the money for it...

Matrix Prequel

Although it would have been nice to have an original story, to get back into filmaking again (I've taken a half year break for school and such) I'm making a "prequel" to the the first Matrix. The basic plotline is complete fiction, and probably won't be 100% accurate to the Matrix Trilogy,...

RE: My New Music Video

I liked it. Didn't care too much for the cover, but the video was excellent. The juxtaposition (I'm sure that's not the right word) between the intellectual and somewhat peaceful games of chess, and then the fighting at the end was great. What was with the spinning shot? That went on for too long, a...

RE: Working in HD

Nice! I was considering getting one but I decided to wait for the HC5E. I think you'll need a card that accepts HDMI, or some card (can't remember the name) that Kona makes, to get uncompressed and full resolution HD video.

Google is your friend.

There's not many, but for quality stuff it'll probably involve money.

Punch something, record it, edit it, mix. Or something like that. Recording sounds would give you much better quality, and that way you know exactly what you get. This website may help, if you really don't want to record your own sounds. It has a cool name too - http://www.matthawkins.co.uk/forum/vi...

It kept my attention, and I just got done watching "Crank", which also used the double windows. The video seemed to jump from 2.35 ratio to 16:9 in the beginning, which was a little jarring. Other than that and the titles seemed amateurish, comparing it to the video which seemed to be shot...

What program do you use? Lol, that was funny. The manual for FCP Studio is a monster, so looking through that would probably answer a lot of your questions. But for multicam editing, you can go way above 2 clips, I think the cap is 128. Select the clips that you want, go to Modify-> Make Multiclip ...

9.Check the Wikipedia pafge on Euthanasia, because the final text at the end is innacurate. Because everyone knows Wikipedia is 100% accurate. Nice script, some grammar problems, but the story was good. The voice overs seem long, what footage/shots will it be under? I learned (the hard way) that pe...

It could be a problem with the format of the audio. I think converting it to AIFF helps. If nothing else send the audio to Soundtrack Pro, it has an option to remove "pops" in the audio, by recognizing high spikes in the audio waveform file. The apple forums/discussions would probably prov...

Honestly Jperson, I'm a Mac user too but if you don't want to start an argument then don't say anything that he specifically asks you not to. Wow.

First, I love the style. I don't know why, It reminds me of old movies, with an extra flair. The lighting in the scene is excellent, the shadows really add to the picture. The audio levels are way too low, and should be cranked up a couple DBs. The gunshot didn't have that powerful sound, that shoul...

1080p is something I couldn't edit, I could but it would be really slow. Are the HD Sony Cams any good? I just need a better quality (preferably HD) camera to film my first feature length film, based on a novel/movie. I don't think my DV cam would do it justice, and this is going to be the biggest m...

Is the boom mic mono? If it is it will push the audio to one side. You can pan it back into the middle, but it won't be real stereo. Or, if Premiere can do 5.1 audio, you can foley and record audio sounds seperately.
