Using my (great idea :D ) use the eejit insectiside sprayer tutorial (dont have a link on me) with the latex head. have the sprays set to go off at the same time and WHAM! SPRAY! GORE! BLOOD! It's a bit unconventional and somewhat harder to master than similar apps, but you can get good results. Oh, and it's totally Free. That's a good thing.

it would be very difficult to do the EXACT same camera movements for the empty picture then move the camera the exact same way for the part with the skater. Or is that how they did it? Mostly the only scenes with more than one camera are expensive stunts or SFX shots - Expensive and time consuming to reshoot.

I personally always have my camera zoomed in about halfway. It gives it a slightly "unreal" look like real film cameras (with long focal lengths) produce.
